Nestled in a tree-lined country setting just minutes from major highways, Eleven Oaks Ranch Event’s 9,500-square-foot venue provides ample room to seat as many as 300 guests while comfortably fitting tables and a dance floor. Eleven Oaks Ranch is accepting reservations for 2020 and 2021, and we encourage you to talk to us early in your planning process to reserve your date!
Our venue was designed from the ground up to be the perfect place for your guests, your vendors (caterers, florists), and, of course, you to feel right at home, with plenty of room for everyone to get their jobs done before go-time! Your comfort is a top priority, and you will arrive to an air-conditioned (or heated, depending on the season) building.
Food & Beverage
Our dedicated prep kitchen keeps caterers out of sight and allows them to work behind the scenes, out of the way of photographers and guests.
Eleven Oaks Ranch has two food service areas: one dedicated to food and another separate area for beverage service. If you plan to hire a bartender so you can have drink service at your event, this arrangement is especially efficient, as drink traffic and food traffic will stay separated and flow smoothly.
A separate service drive and entrance allows vendors to freely come and go without obstructing traffic, wading through guests or interfering with setup in the main hall.
Arriving & Getting Ready
We believe the last thing a bride should feel on her wedding day is rushed, so the Eleven Oaks Ranch rental package includes 15 hours. The day of your event, you’ll be able to arrive starting at 9am. Tables and chairs will already be set up in your desired arrangement, and you are free to make any adjustments you wish. Our circle drive allows you to pull right up under the covered porch for easy unloading of decorations, clothing, etc.
Your bridal party will enjoy our spacious separate rooms for both the bride and the groom that include a private bathroom, mirrors, and electrical outlets.
